The Lab
The Lab Started in august 2025 and has already in its short lifetime initiated three major research strands with three different high-end fiction series. The goal of the research has been to expand the creative ambition while staying within reasonable budgets. Examples include impossible special effects and physics simulations, background actor generation and direction, fine tuning image and video models to extract style and historic look, and cutting edge performance transfer techniques.

Qualifications
⮑ You are knowledgeable and interested in film, and could be a new graduate from a film school or an up and coming director
⮑ You are in touch with the rapidly moving AI technology within filmmaking, have an interest in the field and are not afraid to test new methods, workflows and experimental technology to achieve a vision
⮑ You have a passion for visual storytelling and hands-on experience working with film.

Bacon is Looking for a FULL-TIME
⮑ You will be working day-to-day with our internal research Lab for Emerging Technologies and Methods as well as our Visual Research and Design department.
⮑ The aim is to participate and help out in processes including (but not limited to) treatments, visual design, new tech and method development.
⮑ You must be based in or around Copenhagen (as the position takes place at our CPH office in Frederiksberg).
